principles.
sometimes i have very strong principles about things i like. when i see any space, i always think about 3 factors - floor/wall materials, height of ceiling, and lighting. i guess it has been formed for a long time with my experience and became a solid principle at some point. here are another 3 things when it comes to my work space - huge wooden table, 30 inch dual screens with both mac and windows, and finally old mechanical keyboard with trackball. yeah, it's my precious old gs keyboard. :-)
관찰과 몰입을 오래하다보면 가끔 근본을 관통하는 인사이트를 얻는 경우가 있다. (뭐 혹은 걍 취향이 굳거나. -_-;) 난 공간을 볼 때 마다 천장 높이, 조명, 바닥과 벽의 재질을 가장 중요하게 보는데, 비슷한 맥락에서 내 업무공간에 잴 중요한 요소 세 개는 책상, 스크린, 입력장치이다. 책상은 반드시 커다란 나무 테이블이어야 하고, 윈도우/맥으로 각각 30인치 듀얼스크린, 그리고 기계식 키보드와 트랙볼이 있어야 한다. 다시 월급쟁이 하다보니 책상은 쵸이스가 없어졌고, 나머지는 개인장비 들고 들어가서 그럭저럭 맞춰냈는데, 맥을 편하게 쓰는데 까지는 시간이 좀 걸렸다. 어이없는 생쑈도 좀 있었지만, 어쨌든 이젠 맥북프로에 알아서 SSD까지 달아주는 고마운 회사다. 핫!
